Returns & Exchanges

At Anomaly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
